摘　　要：目的:讨论血糖变异系数对入住ICU的外科术后非糖尿病患者预后的影响。方法:回顾性分析66例非糖尿病患者的临床资料,按预后分为两组:生存组50例,死亡组16例,监测入住记录初始血糖水平(GluAdm),平均血糖水平(MBG),ICU24小时内的血糖水平,血糖标准差(SDBG),血糖变异系数(CVBG),两组血糖监测指标及血糖标准差(SDBG)和血糖变异系数(CVBG)对患者预后的影响。结果:死亡组APACHEAⅡ评分明显高于生存组(P<0.05);死亡组血糖标准差(SDBG)和血糖变异系数(CVBG)评分均显著高于生存组(P<0.05)。患者APACHEⅡ评分、入住ICU天数、血糖标准差(SDBG)、血糖变异系数(CVBG)是影响ICU外科术后非糖尿病患者预后的危险因素。结论:血糖变异系数(CVBG)是影响入住ICU外科术后非糖尿病患者预后的重要因素之一。Objective: To discuss the effect of blood glucose variation coefficient on the prognosis of non-diabetic patients admitted to the ICU after surgery. Methods: A retrospective analysis of clinical data of 66 cases of non-diabetic patients, the prognosis is divided into two groups: the survival group of 50 cases, 16 cases of death group, check-in record initial glucose levels(GluAdm), the average blood glucose levels(MBG), ICU24 hours of blood sugar levels and blood glucose standard deviation(SDBG), glucose variability coefficient(CVBG), two groups of blood sugar monitoring index and standard deviation(SDBG) of blood sugar and glucose variability coefficient(CVBG) impact on the prognosis of patients. Results: The blood glucose standard deviation(SDBG) and the blood glucose variation coefficient(CVBG) in the death group were significantly higher than those in the survival group(P<0.05). The blood glucose standard deviation(SDBG) and blood glucose variation coefficient(CVBG) scores in the death group were significantly higher than those in the survival group(P<0.05). The APACHE Ⅱ score, the days of stay in ICU and the coefficient of variation(CVBG) of blood glucose standard deviation(SDBG),) were the risk factors for the prognosis of non-diabetic patients after ICU surgery. CCoonncclluu-sion: The coefficient of variation of blood glucose(CVBG) is one of the important factors affecting the prognosis of non-diabetic patients after ICU surgery.
