摘　　要：文章结合医院建设项目管理工作实践,分析了医院建设项目超概算的原因,总结了医院建设项目在造价控制管理方面存在的问题,并提出了相应的对策。Based on the practice of hospital construction project management,the article analyzes the reasons for the excess budget of hospital construction projects,summarizes the problems existing in the cost control management of hospital construction projects,and proposes corresponding countermeasures.
