It operates as a framework under which talent of various fields is pooled together without national boundaries to address global issues. The BRI works primarily as an important platform for innovating international cooperation, promoting better global governance, and building a community with a shared future for mankind. It has brought cooperation opportunities to participating countries and improved the people’s livelihood, leading to common development and prosperity.
