摘 要:搭建土壤水平埋管蓄热实验装置,建立其蓄热体的Fluent模型进行模拟,并通过实验验证了模拟计算结果的准确性.在土壤平均温度与入口水温相差较大的条件下,使用该模型模拟了净蓄热时间为1 h的不同间歇蓄热过程,定量分析了间歇次数和间歇时间占比对埋管平均线热流密度的影响.结果表明:当间歇次数固定时,一定蓄热时间内的平均线热流密度和间歇时间占比近似成线性关系,拟合得出了各间歇次数下二者的线性关系式.线性关系式的斜率与间歇次数近似成对数函数关系,所得关系式可为优化实际工程中埋管换热器的运行参数提供指导.An experimental apparatus with horizontally buried pipes for soil heat storage-heat exchanger was built, a Fluent-based model of its heat storage substance was established for its simulation, and the accuracy of the simulation result was verified with its experimental result.Under the condition of bigger difference between soil temperature and inlet water temperature, different intermittent heat storage processes with one-hour net heat storage time were simulated with this model and the effect of frequency and duration ratio of the intermittence on the average linear heat flux of the buried pipe was analyzed quantitatively. Simulation result indicated that when the frequency of intermittence was fixed, there would be an approximate linear function relation of the average linear heat flux to the intermittence duration ratio during a certain operating time and their linear dependence would be obtained by means of fitting for several intermittence frequency. The slope of this fitted linear function could be described as a logarithmic function of the frequency of intermittence. The dependence obtained could provide a gridance for optimization of buried pipe can be used to optimize the operating operational parameters of buried-pipe heat exchanger in practical projects.
