他克莫司软膏联合窄谱中波紫外线治疗白癜风的疗效探讨

摘　　要：目的探究他克莫司软膏联合窄谱中波紫外线应用于治疗白癜风的疗效。方法选择2015年6月至2017年6月我院收治的白癜风患者50例当成研究对象,随机分为两组,对照组予以他克莫司软膏治疗,实验组在此基础上联合窄谱中波紫外线治疗,比较两组患者临床疗效。结果两组数据具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论将他克莫司软膏联合窄谱中波紫外线应用于白癜风治疗过程中,可有效改善患者白斑问题,可推广。Objective To investigate the efficacy of tacrolimus ointment combined with narrow-band UVB in the treatment of vitiligo. Methods Fifty patients with vitiligo treated in our hospital from June 2015 to June 2017 were randomly divided into two groups. The control group was treated with tacrolimus ointment. On the basis of this, Wave UV treatment, compared with the clinical efficacy of two groups of patients. Results The data of two groups were statistically significant(P <0.05). Conclusion The application of tacrolimus ointment combined with narrow-band UVB in the treatment of vitiligo can effectively improve the white spot in patients and can be promoted.
