曲安奈德和瘢痕体质重睑整形术联合应用的效果分析

摘　　要：目的总结瘢痕体质重睑整形术联合曲安奈德在临床中的修复效果与应用价值。方法选择2015年1月至2016年6月我院收治的50例瘢痕体质重睑求术者,将其随机分为对照组和观察组,实施皮肤切开法重睑手术,观察组在手术中、术后注射曲安奈德,观察记录2组患者手术时间、术中出血量、术后愈合时间以及术后瘢痕并发症情况,随访观察患者重睑外形维持效果,统计患者对修复效果满意率。结果观察组术后瘢痕明显减轻,患者手术耗时、术中出血量(30.56±5.25)、(31.46±4.25)略低于对照组(32.33±6.13)、(33.51±5.32),且术后愈合时间(7.64±2.25)略少于对照组(8.12±2.45),2组无明显差异,P> 0.05。术后重睑外形维持效果与患者对修复效果满意率(96.36%)显著优于对照组(67.27%),差异显著,P <0.05。结论皮肤切开法联合曲安奈德并用的瘢痕体质重睑整形术,操作简单、安全性高,美容效果自然持久,术后恢复好,明显减少术后瘢痕形成,具有较高的应用价值。Objective To summarize the effect and application value of the repair of eyelid scar constitution combined with triamcinolone acetonide in clinical. Methods 50 scar patients treated in our hospital from January 2015 to June 2016, were randomly divided into control groups and observation group, and performed the skin incision double eyelid operation, the observation group was injected with triamcinolone acetonide during surgery,postoperative, observing and recording the operation time, intraoperative blood loss, postoperative healing time and postoperative scar complications,following up observation of patients with double eyelid shape effect maintaining and statistics of patient satisfaction with the repair effect. Results The scar of the observation group was significantly reduced. The time of operation and the intraoperative blood loss(30.56±5.25),(31.46±4.25) were slightly lower than those of the control group(32.33±6.13),(33.51±5.32), the healing time(7.64±2.25) was slightly less than the control group(8.12±2.45). There was no significant difference between two groups, P>0.05. The effect of postoperative eyelid shape to maintain on satisfactory rate of patients(96.36%) was significantly better than the control group(67.27%), the difference was significant, P<0.05. Conclusion The skin incision double eyelid operation combined with triamcinolone acetonide, simple operation, high safety, natural beauty lasting effect, good postoperative recovery, significantly reduce postoperative scar formation, has a high application value.
