摘　　要：学者多将《南山集》案视作典型的压制思想的文字狱案,但如果考虑到此案发生于康熙后期立储之争的白热化阶段,所涉人物关系微妙且政治立场十分鲜明,以及案件处理结果较其他文字狱案过于轻微等因素,就可以看出,此案不但迥异于普通的文字狱案,更绝非偶然因素下发生的孤立事件,而应当与发生在康熙末年的夺嫡之争有着莫大的关联。Nanshan Collection case has been regarded by most scholars as a classic literary inquisition case for suppressing thoughts. However, this case is quite different from ordinary literary inquisition cases and is more than an isolated incident. It took place when the contending for the imperial throne was at fever pitch in the last years of Emperor Kangxi. The people involved in this case were in subtle relations and had different political stands. The disposition result of the case was quite lighter than that of other literary inquisition cases. Therefore, it should have much to do with the contending for prince happened in the last years of Emperor Kangxi.
