去脂仿生物理治疗用于肥胖型多囊卵巢综合征的疗效评价

摘　　要：目的探讨仿生物理治疗对肥胖型多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)患者的体质量管理的效果及血清学指标影响的评价。方法选取体质指数(BMI)>25 kg/m2的PCOS女性共80例,按照随机数列表进行简单随机分组,分为对照组和研究组,每组各40例,对照组采用饮食控制+体育锻炼的治疗方法,研究组采用饮食控制+体育锻炼+去脂仿生物理的治疗方法,治疗时间均为3个月。监测患者治疗前后的体质量、腰围、臀围等及相关血清学指标。结果对照组治疗后女性BMI、腰围、臀围及腰臀与治疗前比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),但血胆固醇水平较前降低(P <0.05),其余血清学指标较治疗前均无明显变化(P> 0.05);研究组女性BMI、腰臀比及血胆固醇水平与治疗前比较,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05),而其余各项指标比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。研究组治疗后女性的腰臀比低于对照组(P <0.05),其余各项指标比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。两组均无不良反应。结论去脂仿生物理治疗可作为肥胖型PCOS的辅助治疗方法,并有降低患者的腰臀比,改善腹型肥胖的体型优点。Objective To evaluate the efficacy of lipolysis program of bionic electrical stimulation in treating polycystic ovarian syndrome patients with obesity.Method 80 patients whit polycystic ovarian syndrome(PCOS) patients(body mass index > 25 kg/m2) were enrolled from January 2014 to June 2015 in Peking University Shenzhen Hospital.They were divided into treatment group(n=40) and control group(n=40) by simple randomization.The control group was received lifestyle intervention education(diet and physical activity).The treatment group was also received lipolysis program of bionic electrical stimulation treatment.The weight,waistline,hipline and serological indicators related to PCOS were compared.Results After treatment,there was no signif icant difference in BMI,waist circumference,hip circumference and waist-hip Ratio(WHR) in the control group(P >0.05);blood cholesterol level was lower lower than,the difference was statistically signif icant(P <0.05),the other serological indicators were not signif icantly different(P >0.05);BMI,waist-hip ratio and serum cholesterol levels of the women in the study group were signif icantly before in treatment group(P <0.05),while the other indicators were not statistically signif icant(P >0.05).After treatment,the WHR of women in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically signif icant(P <0.05) the other indicators were not statistically signif icant(P >0.05).There were no complications happened in both groups.Conclusion Lipolysis program of bionic electrical stimulation is an supplementary option for weight management of PCOS patients with obesity.It decreases the WHR,remodeling somatotype and improving central obesity.
