摘 要:目的旨在测定五指毛桃药材中补骨脂素、佛手柑内酯和芹菜素3种成分含量,以评价不同产地、不同采收期五指毛桃药材的质量差异。方法采用高效液相色谱(HPLC)法,对17批五指毛桃药材中补骨脂素、佛手柑内酯和芹菜素进行含量测定。色谱条件:Diamonsil ODS C_(18)色谱柱(250 mm×4. 6 mm,5μm),流动相为甲醇-0.1%甲酸水溶液(55∶45,V/V),检测波长为268 nm,流速为1.0 m L·min^(-1),柱温:为30℃。结果不同产地、不同采收期的五指毛桃中3种成分的含量差异较大。其中在广东肇庆10月采收的五指毛桃中补骨脂素最高;在广东梅州大埔县1月采收的五指毛桃中佛手柑内酯含量最高;芹菜素仅在部分地区采收的五指毛桃中检测到。结论补骨脂素可作为五指毛桃药材质量评价的主要指标成分,佛手柑内酯可作为次要指标成分。本研究综合评价了广东和广西多个地区不同采收期的五指毛桃药材的质量差异,为五指毛桃的规范化种植及进一步的深度利用和开发提供依据。OBJECTIVE Psoralen,bergamot lactone and apigenin in Radix Fici Hirtae are simultaneously determinated to evaluate the quality difference of Radix Fici Hirtae from different habitats and different harvest time. METHODS An HPLC method was used to determinate the content of psoralen,bergamot lactone and apigenin in 17 batched Radix Fici Hirtae from different habitats and different harvest time. A Diamonsil ODS C18 column( 250 mm× 4. 6 mm,5 μm) was used in this study. The mobile phase was methanol-0.1% formic acid aqueous solution( 55 ∶45,V/V). The detection wavelength was 268 nm,the flow rate was 1.0 mL·min^-1,and the column temperature was 30 ℃. RESULTS The content of the three ingredients in Radix Fici Hirtae from different habitats and different harvest time was great different. The Radix Fici Hirtae collected from Zhaoqing,Guangdong in October had the highest content of psoralen.The Radix Fici Hirtae collected from Dabu Country,Meizhou,Guangdong in January had the highest content of bergamot lactone. Apigenin was only detected in Radix Fici Hirtae collected from some habitats. CONCLUSION Psoralen can be used as the main index component of quality evaluation of Radix Fici Hirtae and bergamot lactone can be used as a secondary indicator component.This experiment comprehensively evaluated the quality differences of Radix Fici Hirtae in different harvest periods in Guangdong and Guangxi,providing basis for standardized planting and further in-depth utilization and development of Radix Fici Hirtae.
