药师参与麻醉科特殊药品规范化管理模式的探讨

摘　　要：目的初步探讨建立麻醉科特殊药品规范化管理模式。方法文献研究国内外特殊药品管理的发展现状和研究趋势,实地考察、并以麻醉医生为中心的药学服务需求调查,确定麻醉药房建立的必要性以及工作流程。结果麻醉药房采用科学的管理模式、流程合理、减少工作漏洞,促进临床用药安全、规范、高效,实现麻醉用药全流程的规范化管理。结论麻醉药房的建立,使药师从繁琐的手工录入事务工作中解脱出来,调动药师工作的积极性,释放药师价值,将药师工作重心转移到临床上。特殊药品的"五专"管理得到保证。OBJECTIVE To study the standardization management mode about the special drug of anesthesia. METHODS Determined the necessity to establish the anesthetic pharmacy and the working process of it by researching the development of present situation and research trend,field tripping and investigating the demand of the anesthesiologist about the pharmaceutical care need.RESULTS The anesthetic pharmacy adopted scientific management mode,reasonable process and efficient work to promote clinical medication to be safe,standardize and efficient and to realize standardize management of the whole process of anesthesia medicine.CONCLUSION The establishment of the anesthesia pharmacy makes the pharmacist get out from the tedious manual entry affairs work to arouse the enthusiasm of pharmacists work to release the value of pharmacist to shift to the clinical pharmacy service. To guarantee the management of special drugs.
