摘　　要：郑启仲教授认为气机失调、升降失常导致清浊相干是脏腑病变的基本病理之一。脏腑的气机升降运动处于动态平衡的状态,如果气机升降失常,则抗病能力减弱,易患病。郑教授将中医升降学说灵活运用于儿科肺系、肝系、脾系疾病,疗效显著。附典型案例6则,以资验证。Professor ZHENG Qizhong deems that the disorder of qi movement and the disturbance in ascending and descending give rise to the disturbance of the lucid and the turbid, which is one of the basic pathology of visceral lesions.The ascending and descending of qi movement of the viscera is in a state of dynamic equilibrium, if it becomes abnormal,the patient’s disease resistance ability weakens and is susceptible to disease.He flexibly uses the theory of ascending and descending of TCM in the treatment of pediatric diseases of lung,liver and spleen system,which has obtained significant clinical efficacy.Six typical cases are attached for verification.
