摘  要:"项目群化"在项目管理领域普遍存在。从战略高度,充分尊重自治主体的利益诉求和协调主体间冲突是项目群调度整体优化的关键。考虑总承包商和项目经理间的纵向交互与项目经理间的横向竞合关系的共同作用,研究基于主体自治的项目群调度的协同优化问题。以二元并行项目为例,构建由承包商和两项目经理3个子模型构成的协同调度优化模型,令三方决策主体满意度最大化。设计了有效求解该问题的模拟退火启发式算法,通过迭代逼近于令三方决策者均满意的解。通过算例实验与分析揭示理论模型的特征,探索现象背后的原因并得到管理意义上的启示。Multi-projects are ubiquitous in the field of project management. From a strategic perspective, fully respecting each party's interests and conflict coordination are keys to global optimization of multiple project scheduling. The cooperative optimization of autonomous multi-project scheduling considering the interaction between general contractor and project managers as well as competition and cooperation among project managers has been studied. Taking the binary parallel project as an example, the cooperative scheduling optimization model composed by three sub-models of one general contractor and two project managers has been established to maximize the satisfaction of all participants. A simulated anneal metaheuristic has been designed to solve the problem and obtained a satisfactory solution efficiently by iteration approximation. The results of computational experiments have been analyzed, by which, the theoretical characteristics of the model are found in computational experiments and the reasons behind them as well as management enlightenments have been discovered.
