摘  要:公共停车场布局问题指的是在包含多个停车需求点和多个候选停车场的规划区域内选择若干个停车场,并确定每个被选择停车场的停车泊位数量。提出一个数学规划模型来优化公共停车场布局,在总投资预算约束下使得所有使用者的总的步行距离最短。该模型考虑了动态多时段停车需求,能够保证每个时间段内的停车需求都能得到满足。利用此模型,不仅可以确定停车场的数量和位置以及每个停车场的泊位数量,而且还能确定每个时间段上每个停车场的车辆进出数量。通过一个数值算例,利用LINGO软件对模型进行求解,验证了模型的有效性。The problem of designing a layout of public car parks entails selecting a number of car parks and determini ng the assigned number of parking spaces in each selected car park within a planned area containing many parking demands and candidate car parks. In this paper, a mathematical programming model was proposed to formulate the layout of public car parks with the objective of minimizing the total walking distance and investment constraints. The model, taking into consideration the dynamic multiperiodic parking demands, can guarantee that the parking needs of traffic demands during each time period are satisfied. Using this model, the number and locations of car parks and the number of parking spaces at each car park can be determined simultaneously. Moreover, the number of cars at each parking demand point that will enter or leave each car park during each time period can also be determined. A typical numerical example solved by the LINGO solver is created to illustrate the proposed model.
