摘　　要：目的比较二甲双胍缓释片(麦特美)和二甲双胍即释片(格华止)对2型糖尿病(T2D)患者的降糖效能及对血糖波动的影响。方法共纳入T2D患者90例,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组45例。观察组每天1次口服麦特美1 500 mg,对照组每天3次口服格华止500 mg。治疗12周后,观察2组糖化血红蛋白(Hb A1c)的变化、血糖波动情况及其他代谢指标,同时分析胃肠道、低血糖等不良事件评价其安全性。结果 12周后,共有81例患者完成研究,2组Hb A1c、空腹血糖(FPG)和餐后2 h血糖(2 h PG)均明显降低; 2组控制血糖波动和胃肠道不良事件的发生率无明显差异。结论麦特美对T2D患者的血糖控制作用不劣于格华止,且由于其价格低廉、服药方案简便,治疗依从性优于格华止。Objective To compare the hypoglycemic efficacy of metformin sustained-release tablets and metformin immediate-release tablets and their effects on blood sugar fluctuation in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus.Methods Ninety patients with T2 D were enrolled and randomly divided into observation group and control group,45 cases in each group.The observation group took metformin sustained-release tablets 1 500 mg once a day,while the control group took metformin immediate-release tablets 500 mg three times a day.After 12 weeks of treatment,the changes of glycosylated hemoglobin( Hb A1 c),the fluctuation of blood sugar and other related metabolic indicators were observed.Meanwhile,adverse events such as gastrointestinal reactions and hypoglycemia were analyzed to evaluate the safety of drugs.Results Twelve weeks later,81 patients completed the study.Hb A1 c,fasting blood glucose( FPG) and 2 h postprandial blood glucose( 2 h PG) were significantly decreased in both groups.There was no significant difference in control of blood sugar fluctuation and incidence of gastrointestinal adverse events between the two groups.Conclusion The effect of metformin sustained-release tablets on blood sugar control in patients with T2 D is not inferior to that of metformin immediate-release tablets.Because of its low cost and simple medication regimen,the treatment compliance is superior to metformin immediate release tablets.
