摘　　要：目的分析妇幼专科医院开展药物咨询工作的发展策略。方法利用SWOT分析法对医院开展药物咨询工作具有的内部优势、内部劣势、外部机会、外部威胁进行分析,提出针对性发展策略。结果医院药事科开展药物咨询工作具有部门设置齐全、药物咨询室基础配备齐全等优势;也有咨询药师团队资质尚浅、缺乏专职咨询药师等劣势;具有政策促进医院药学转型、"二胎政策"高危孕产妇数量急剧增多等机会;也面临国家对医院药师价值尚未认可、咨询药师职业定位不明确等威胁。结论咨询药师需利用自身优势,紧抓外部机会,并结合医院药学发展实际,更好的开展药物咨询工作。Objective To analyze the development strategy of drug consultation in maternal and child specialty hospitals.Methods SWOT analysis was used to analyze the internal advantages,internal disadvantages,external opportunities and external threats of drug counseling in hospital,and to put forward targeted development strategies.Results The Pharmacy Department of a hospital has the advantages of complete department settings and basic equipment of the pharmacy consultation room.There are also some disadvantages,such as low qualifications of consulting pharmacists team and lack of full-time consultant pharmacists.At the same time,there are opportunities for policy to promote the transformation of hospital pharmacy and the sharp increase in the number of high-risk pregnant and lying-in women under the "two-child policy".There will be problems such as the value of hospital pharmacists has not been recognized by the state,and the career orientation of consultant pharmacists is not clear.Conclusion Consulting pharmacists should make use of their own advantages,seize external opportunities,and combine with the actual development of hospital pharmacy to better carry out drug consultation.
