足跖部结缔组织痣一例

摘　　要：36岁男性患者,右足跖肿物8年余,曾诊断为跖疣。偏振光皮肤镜检查示皮肤表面纹理连续,乳头样增生物、似脑回状结构。皮损组织病理示:表皮角化过度,乳头瘤样增生,颗粒层增厚、棘层肥厚,真皮内胶原纤维增多、增粗,排列不规则,成纤维细胞增生,真皮浅层小血管增生,血管周围散在少量淋巴细胞浸润。马松三色染色示丰富的胶原纤维束。诊断:结缔组织痣。A 36-year-old male patient had been suffering from plantar mass for 8 years. Polarized light dermoscopic examination revealed continuous dermatoglyph and lobulated(cerebriform) growth pattern disaccording to verruca plantaris. Histopathology examination of the lesion showed hyperkeratosis, papillomatous hyperplasia, hypergranulosis, acanthosis, increased、thickened and irregular arranged collagen fibers in the dermis with fibroblast proliferation, superficial vascular proliferation with scattered lymphocytes infiltration around small blood vessels. Masson trichrome staining showed abundant collagen bundles. Diagnosis: connective tissue nevus.
