摘  要:针对高压引线与避雷器本体夹角不足90°导致避雷器泄漏电流测试值初值差超标的现状,设计制作一种直立可伸缩的测试辅助工具,满足测试时高压引线与避雷器外壳成垂直角度,并使高压引线与避雷器本体保持充足的距离,提高了避雷器测试数据的精度,将泄漏电流初值差降低到30%以下,易于携带及安装,安全实用,具有较高的应用价值和推广价值。When the angle between high voltage lead and arrester body is below 90°,the tested value of arrester leakage current will exceed recommended value.In light of this situation,an upright and retractable auxiliary tool is designed.This tool can make high voltage lead vertical to arrester shell and keep sufficient distance from the high voltage lead.Using the proposed auxiliary tool improves the accuracy of arrester tested data,reduces the initial value difference of leakage current to less than 30% of what was before.Meanwhile,the auxiliary tool is easily portable and installed,reliable,practical and of high application value,worthy of promotion.
