摘　　要：本文以近年上市的法碇^TM和斯品诺^TM为例,分析产品相关的专利申请实质审查过程和目前的法律状态,总结其中出现的问题和经验,为农药企业利用专利保护复配组合物新产品提供建议。By taking newly marketed picoxystrobin and spinetoram as example, this paper analyzed the examination process and legal status of the related patent applications, summarized the problems and experiences encountered, and proposed the suggestions for pesticide company on how to utilize patent to protect novel pesticide mixtures.
