摘  要:采用QuEChERS结合液相色谱-质谱法,建立了人参中甲霜灵、霜霉威的残留检测方法。样品用乙睛提取,经氯化钠、无水硫酸镁盐析后,上清液加入Cw进行分散固相萃取净化。结果表明,在0.002~lmg/kg范围内线性关系良好,线性相关系数,甲霜灵:R^2=0.9968;霜霉威:R^2=0.9998;3个添加水平(0.02、0.1、lmg/kg)的平均添加回收率为76.0%-110.0%,相对标准偏差(RSD)<7.61%,方法检出限检出限为0.002mg/kg,该方法快速,精密度好、回收率高,适用人参中残留分析要求。A QuEChERS - HPLC-MS/MS analytic method was established to determine the residue of metalaxyl and propamocarb in ginseng. After the samples were extracted with acetonitrile, and salted out by sodium chloride and anhydrous magnesium sulfate, the supernatant was clarified up by Cl8. The results showed that the linear range of 0. 02 .1 mg/kg ( metalaxyl R^2 = 0. 996 8 , propamocarb R^2 = 0. 999 8), the recovery range of 76. 0%.110. 0% with the RSD less than 7. 61 % and the limit of detection of 0. 002mg/kg were obtained. The method was fast, simple, accurate and suitable for the detennination of pesticide residues in ginseng.
