摘　　要：采用高效液相色谱法,以乙腈+水为流动相,紫外检测器,C18不锈钢柱上分离测定复配制剂由有效成分丁香菌酯和戊唑醇的含量结果。表明丁香菌酯和戊唑醇标准偏差分别为0.03,0.08;变异系数分别为0.24%,0.27%;平均回收率为99.00%,99.77%;线性相关系数分别为0.9983,0.9999。The quantitative analysis of mixture of coumoxystrobin and tebuconazol by reverse phase HPLC using acetonitrile and water as mobile phase, C18 column and UV wavelength detector was described in this paper. The result showed the standard deviations of 0. 03 and 0. 08 , the variation coefficients of 0. 24% and 0. 27%, the average recoveries rate of 99. 00% and 99. 77%, and the linear correlations of 0. 998 3 and 0. 999 9 , for coumoxystrobin and tebuconazol respectively, were obtained.
