摘　　要：目的探讨自制带圈克氏针钢丝张力带内固定治疗髌骨骨折的临床应用。方法 2017年1月-2018年4月,23例髌骨骨折患者接受自制带圈克氏针钢丝张力带内固定治疗。结果 23例未出现克氏针松动滑脱,无戳破皮肤;钢丝无脱套及断裂。疗效优良率达到95.6%;骨折愈合率达到100%。结论自制带圈克氏针钢丝张力带内固定治疗髌骨骨折,手术操作简单,内固定牢靠,可以明显减少传统克氏针钢丝张力带术后出现的克氏针滑动、钢丝脱落等并发症,本方法经济实用,疗效确切。Objective To study the clinical efficacy of self-made kirschner wire tension band in the treatment of patella fracture. Methods Twenty-three patients with patellar fracture received internal fixation with kirschner wire. Results Twenty-three patients did not loose kirschner wire, and no puncture of the skin. No slip and breakage of steel wire. The effective rate reached 95.6%. The fracture healing rate was 100%. Conclusion The self-made kirschner wire tension band for treatment of patellar fracture is easy to operate and the internal fixation is firm, which can significantly reduce complications such as kirschner wire sliding and falling off. It is economical and effective.
