摘　　要：目的探讨游离穿支皮瓣修复虎口区皮肤软组织缺损或挛缩的临床疗效。方法对2014年5月-2017年1月收治的14例虎口区皮肤缺损或挛缩,采取游离穿支皮瓣修复。对缺损较大的7例,选用股前外侧穿支皮瓣修复;其余4例选用臂外侧、3例选用足底内侧穿支皮瓣修复。全部病例随访6个月～3年,评价修复的虎口功能与外形。结果 13例皮瓣顺利成活,创面Ⅰ期修复;1例急诊修复出现感染,经过换药,Ⅱ期愈合。结论穿支皮瓣修复虎口缺损与挛缩,外形良好,功能满意。Objective To introduce the clinical effect of free perforator flap in repairing wound and contracture of first web space. Methods Fourteen cases of skin contracture or defect of first web space,treated with free perforator flap. Seven cases which had much larger defect, were treated by femoral anterolateral perforator flap, 4 cases of smaller defect, were treated by the arm lateral perforator flap, other 3 cases were repaired by plantar medial perforator flap. All cases were followed up for 6 months to 3 years, to evaluate their function and appearance. Results Thirteen cases successfully survived, the wound were repaired just one time;1 case of emergency repair had infection, after dressing, had secondary suture. Conclusion Perforator flap in repairing wound and contracture of first web space, can gain good appearance and function.
