异体肌腱在陈旧性拇长伸肌腱断裂修复中的临床应用

摘　　要：目的探讨经深低温冷冻处理的异体肌腱在陈旧性拇长伸肌腱断裂修复中的临床应用效果。方法对2010年10月-2017年8月收治的12例陈旧性拇长伸肌腱断裂患者,采用经深低温冷冻处理的异体肌腱修复,术后患指予石膏固定伸直位1个月,随后逐渐开始功能训练。结果 12例均获随访,随访时间6～20个月,平均14个月,切口均Ⅰ期愈合。术后无排异反应,无肌腱再断裂,1例术后出现肌腱粘连行松解手术,优良率达75%。结论应用经深低温冷冻处理的异体肌腱移植修复陈旧性拇长伸肌腱断裂,效果满意,可应用于临床。Objective To investigate the clinnical application effect of allogeneic tendon for repair of ruptured extensor pollicis longus tendon. Methods The data of 12 patients were retrospectively analyzed,who had undergone surgery in our hospital from October 2010 to August 2017 for ruptured extensor pollicis longus tendon. Using allogeneic tendon for repair. After operation, the thumb was fixed in straight position with plaster for one month, then functional excercise began gradually. Results All patients were followed-up from 6-20 months. All the postoperative incisions healed up at Phase I. They achieved 75% good results without recurrent repture. Conclusion Clinical application of allogeneic tendon for repair of ruptured extensor pollicis longus tendon can obtain good functional results, it is a feasible and effective method.
