摘　　要：目的探讨股前外侧皮瓣修复手部软组织缺损的临床疗效。方法 2015年1月-2017年6月,采用游离股前外侧皮瓣修复手部软组织缺损20例。结果 20例皮瓣全部成活,皮瓣外形良好,质地柔软,弹性好,具有保护性感觉和排汗功能。结论股前外侧游离皮瓣修复手部软组织缺损,疗效满意,值得推广。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of anterolateral thigh flap in repairing soft tissue defect of hand. Methods The clinical data of patients with soft tissue defect of hand treated with free anterolateral thigh flap in our hospital from January 2015 to June 2017 were analyzed retrospectively.Results All 20 cases of flap survived and the texture was good. Conclusion Free anterolateral thigh flap for repairing soft tissue defect of hand is satisfactory and worth poplarizing.
