摘　　要：改革开放以来我国高校学生管理的法治化经历了初建、探索和发展三个时期。新时期高校学生管理法治化的立体式法律体系尚未科学建立、学生管理的程序正义有待规范、学生管理的质量标准缺乏,这些问题影响了高校学生管理法治化的进程。通过建立规范的国家、地方、高校的立体式法律与规范体系、明确学生管理的程序正义进路,建立科学的国家学生管理质量标准,能够深入推动新时代高校学生管理法治化的进程。The legalization in the management of college students in China has experienced three critical periods which are initiative,exploring and developing,since the reform and opening-up. In the new era,problems in legalization of college student management such as the three-dimension legal system have not been established scientifically,procedural justice of college student management needs to be standardized,data resources are not applied in student management effectively and quality standards of student management are lacking. All these seriously affect the process of college student management legalization. Therefore,by establishing a standardized three-dimension legal and regulative system throughout state,local authority and colleges,clarifying procedure justice approach,promoting effective standards for college student management with big data and establishing scientific national student management quality standards,the legalization process for college student management will be pushed forward furtherly.
