警察职业精神培养融入公安高校学生入党积极分子教育初探——以中国刑事警察学院为例

摘　　要：公安高校是培养公安事业建设者和接班人的主阵地,在中国特色社会主义新时代,公安高校既要在学历教育中不断提高学生的政治水平和道德水平,又要在党员教育中为公安队伍培养大批"忠诚可靠、作风顽强"的高素质专门人才,因此,公安院校要重视警察职业精神和学生入党积极分子教育的融合,毕其功于一役。警察职业精神与入党积极分子教育的融合有一定的理论依据,也有积极的实际意义,调研发现二者的融合能够取得较好的教育效果,只是实践操作中还存在一些问题,需要公安教育工作者进一步研究和探索。Public security colleges and universities are the main front for cultivating builders and successors of public security career. In the new era of socialism with Chinese characteristics, public security colleges and universities should not only continually improve students’ political and moral level in education with record of formal schooling,but also cultivate a large number of professionals with the qualities of "loyalty, integrity, and tenacious style" for the public security team in Party members’ education. Therefore, public security colleges and universities should attach importance to integrating the police’ professional spirit cultivation into the education for student applicants for Party membership, trying to accomplish the whole task at one stroke. The integration of the police’s professional spirit cultivation into the education for student applicants for Party membership has certain theoretical basis and positive practical significance, and our survey has revealed its positive educational results. However, some existing problems in the practice still requires further study and exploration by people engaged in public security education.
