摘 要:随着电网技术的不断发展和完善,智能化成为电网技术的发展目标。本系统使用Android studio作为系统开发工具,设计并实现了一种基于Android的电力智能安全帽的视频采集系统。详细介绍了该安全帽的视频采集系统的硬件设计,使用方法。以及基于Android的视频采集系统的五个模块,其中编码模块采用H.264硬编码,使其效率高、占用内存小;传输模块采用RTP协议对数据打包、传输;解码模块是编码模块的逆过程同样采用H.264标准。并对该APP进行演示,基本实现了对现场的视频录制拍照等功能,以便于提高电网的智能化,提高电力生产的作业人员工作效率。With the continuous development and improvement of power grid technology, intelligence has become the development goal of power grid technology. In this paper, Android studio is used as a system development tool to design and implement a video acquisition system of power intelligent helmet based on Android. The hardware design and operation method of the video capture system of the helmet are introduced in detail. And five modules of video acquisition technology based on Android, the encoding module adopts H.264 hard coding, which makes it efficient and occupies less memory;the transmission module uses RTP protocol to package and transmit data;the decoding module is the inverse process of the encoding module is also applicable to H.264 standard. The APP is demonstrated, and the functions of video recording and photographing are basically realized. Improve the intelligence of the power grid and improve the work efficiency of the workers in the electric power production.
