摘　　要：为探索产业排污治理区域生态环境质量评价的有效方法,本文在文献综述及研究现状分析的基础上,从虚拟经济视角出发精选了评价产业排污治理区域生态环境质量的四类21个指标,构建了综合评价指标体系。然后利用专家调查方法确定了评价指标的相对权重,根据政府的相关规定以及产业排污治理区域的实际情况确定了生态环境质量综合评价的标准,并构建了生态环境质量的模糊综合评价模型。为研究综合评价模型的有效性,选择南京市WK产业园作为评价对象进行了应用研究,其研究成果对规范与完善我国区域生态环境质量评价活动、促进产业园区生态环境恢复、不断提高区域生态环境质量水平等具有十分重要的理论意义与实践价值。In order to explore the evaluation method of eco-environmental quality of the environmental pollution treatment area of industrial production pollutant discharge, this paper selects 21 indexes of four categories from the perspective of virtual economy on the basis of literature review and status analysis, and constructs the comprehensive evaluation index system. Then, the relative weight of the evaluation index is determined by the expert investigation method, and the comprehensive evaluation standard of eco-environmental quality is determined according to the relevant regulations of the government and the actual situation of the industrial sewage treatment area, and the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model of eco-environmental quality is constructed. In order to test the effectiveness of the comprehensive evaluation model, this article choose nanjing WK industrial park as the evaluation objects for a applied research, its research results to the specification and consummates our country regional ecological environmental quality assessment activities, promote industrial park ecological environment restoration, and constantly improve the level of regional ecological environment quality and so on have very important theoretical significance and practical value.
