摘 要:目的:观察小儿肺咳颗粒对过敏性鼻炎(allergic rhinitis, AR)的作用效果并对其作用机制进行初步研究。方法:通过腹腔注射卵蛋白氢氧化铝溶液7次后连续卵蛋白溶液滴鼻激发10日造成未成年小鼠过敏性鼻炎模型,通过对小鼠行为学的观察,鼻粘膜病理学的研究以及变态反应相关指标免疫球蛋白E(IgE)、组胺(HIS)、白细胞介素-4(IL-4)、干扰素-γ(IFN-γ)含量的测定对小儿肺咳颗粒治疗卵蛋白引起的过敏性鼻炎的作用效果及机制进行初步研究。结果:小儿肺咳颗粒能够减少AR小鼠的喷嚏和挠鼻次数,同时病理结果显示鼻腔分泌物一定程度地降低,提示其能够缓解AR发生时的症状,其机制可能通过降低血清中IgE和HIS含量,增加IFN-γ/IL-4比值有关。结论:小儿肺咳颗粒对卵蛋白引起未成年动物过敏性鼻炎具有一定的缓解作用,其机制可能与减少IgE及HIS的产生并调节Th1/Th2细胞活跃程度有关。Aims: To research the effect of Xiaoerfeike granules on allergic rhinitis and its anti-allergic mechanism. Methods: The allergic rhinitis model of immature mice was established by continuously ovalbumin stimulated for 10 days after intraperitoneally injected ovalbumin aluminum hydroxide solution for 7 times. Mice behavior and nasal mucosa pathological changes were observed,allergy related indicators including immunoglobulin E( IgE),histamine( HIS),interleukin 4( IL-4),interferon gamma( IFN-γ) were determined to study the effect and mechanism of Xiaoerfeike granules on OVA-induced allergic rhinitis. Results: Xiaoerfeike granules decreased the number of sneezing and scratching nose for AR in mice,at the same time the pathological result showed reduced nasal secretions. These results suggested that Xiaoerfeike granules alleviated AR symptoms,and have the functions of reductions of IgE and HIS contents in serum and the increase of the ratio of IFN-γ to IL-4. Conclusion: Xiaoerfeike granules have a certain alleviating effect on the allergic rhinitis of immature animals,which may be associated with reducing the production of IgE and HIS and regulating the activity of Th1/Th2 cells.
