摘　　要：梅毒是一种危害性极大的慢性系统性性传播疾病,居我国乙类传染病报告病例数第三位,是我国重要的公共卫生学问题之一。梅毒的筛查和转介是梅毒防治的重要措施之一。目前,我国各级疾病预防控制机构、妇幼保健机构和血站等非性病诊疗机构可为各类人群提供梅毒的筛查与转介服务,本文将对其开展的梅毒筛查和转介工作进行综述。Syphilis is a chronic sexually transmitted disease(STD) with great harm. It’s the third in the number of reported cases of Class B infectious diseases and one of the important public health problems in China. Screening and referral of syphilis is one of the important measures for syphilis prevention and treatment. At present, health institutions such as centers for disease control and prevention, maternal and child health care centers, and blood stations at different levels in China provide syphilis screening and referral services. In this paper, we review the literature regarding the diagnosis and treatment of non-STD clinics.
