摘 要:新型建筑工业化对模数化、标准化、通用化的新需求,以及智能建造的新发展让我们重新审视建筑部品模数协调问题。本文根据我国模数标准、ISO国际标准与JIS日本标准的对比、部品体系分析及市场调研,梳理了我国模数标准的发展脉络,研究了标准修订的背景及影响因素。基于模数协调理论,对住宅部品体系进行再梳理;通过建筑部品市场调研,对比现行部品模数协调标准,提出我国建筑部品协调标准在实际应用上的问题;最后,结合信息化及未来智能建造的趋势,提出我国部品模数协调标准的发展定位以及中国建筑技术标准国际输出的发展思路。For the new demand of new building industrialization in modularization,standardization,generalization,and the new development of intelligent construction,the modular coordination of building parts is re-examined.By comparing the modulus standard of our country,ISO international standard and JIS Japanese standard,and analyzing the part system and investigating the market,the development of modulus standard of our country are presented,and the background and influencing factors of the revision of the standard are studied.Based on the modular coordination theory,the residential parts system are analyzed;by comparing the research results of the construction parts market with the current modular coordination standards of the building parts,the practical application problems of the building parts coordination standards in China are put forward.Finally,combined with the trend of informationization and intelligent construction in the future,the development orientation of modular coordination standards for the parts and the development ideas of international export of Chinese architectural technical standards are suggested.
