摘 要:研究由一个主导零售商、两个竞争制造商以及一个第三方回收商组成闭环供应链的决策及协调问题,分别在集中式和分散式决策下构建了相应的决策模型,讨论了实现闭环供应链系统协调的分配机制.研究表明无论制造商间的竞争强度如何,分散式决策下的主导零售商总是获得了较其它成员更多的渠道利润.制造商间竞争强度的增强对扩大新产品的销量及废旧产品的回收都是有利的.成员合作可以有效地克服闭环供应链系统的"双重边际"效应,且主导零售商总是获得了较其它成员更大的合作优势.This paper establishes decision models under centralized and decentralized systems, respectively,to study the decision and coordination for closed-loop supply chains composed of a dominant retailer, two competing manufacturers and a third-party collector, and discusses the allocation mechanism to coordinate the closed-loop supply chain systems. The results show that regardless of the competition intensity between the manufacturers, the dominant retailer always receives more channel profits than other members. The enhancement of competition intensity between manufacturers is beneficial to expand the sales of new products and the recycling of waste products. Moreover, the channel member’s cooperative strategies can effectively overcome the "double marginal" effect of closed-loop supply chain systems, and the dominant retailer always obtains greater advantages than other members from the cooperation.
