摘 要:寰城海航广场超高层塔楼为超B级高度高层建筑,同时存在楼板开洞、扭转不规则情况,采用了基于性能化的抗震设计方法,根据构件的重要性采取不同的性能目标。设计时依据不同的性能目标,分别进行了小震弹性分析、小震弹性时程分析、中震性能设计、大震弹塑性时程分析、模拟地震振动台研究。计算及研究分析结果表明,结构整体及各构件的抗震性能均能达到预期目标,理论计算和模型试验结果基本相符。Super high-rise tower building of Huancheng HNA Center is a complex high-rise building exceeding B-level requirement of height in the code.There are irregularities including irregular torsion and partial discontinuity of floor.The performance-based seismic design method was adopted in the design.Different performance targets were adopted according to the importance of the components.The elastic analysis under frequent earthquakes,the elastic time-history analysis under frequent earthquakes,the performance design under fortification earthquakes,the elastic-plastic time-history analysis under rare earthquakes and simulated seismic shaking table test were performed.The results of calculation and analysis show that the seismic performance of the whole structure and its components can reach the expected targets,and the theoretical calculation is basically consistent with the model test results.
