摘 要:摩擦消能器通过摩擦生热耗散能量,但摩擦材料温度的升高可能引起摩擦系数改变,导致消能器的恢复力出现明显变化,故针对摩擦消能器的温度依存性展开了研究。设计并制作了典型的摩擦消能器,通过试验考察了不同面压的摩擦消能器在不同加载频率的外荷载下的滞回性能,试验中也观测了摩擦材料温度的变化情况。试验结果表明,随着加载的进行,摩擦材料温度有所升高。随着加载频率和面压的增加,摩擦材料的升温速率有所提高。根据大量试验数据,考察了加载频率和面压对于升温速度的影响,提出了温度-恢复力的计算公式,并拟合分析得到公式中的关键参数。通过两组附加试验,证明该公式具有良好的精度。Friction damper dissipates energy by generating frictional heat,but the temperature increase of friction material will cause the change of friction factor,leading to the change of the restoring force.The temperature dependence of friction dampers was studied.A typical friction damper was designed and fabricated.The hysteretic behavior of the friction damper with different surface pressures under external loads with different loading frequency was investigated through tests.The temperature of the friction materials was also observed in the test.The test results show that the temperature of the friction material increases as the loading progresses.As the loading frequency and surface pressure increase,the heating rate of the friction material increases.According to a large number of experimental data,the effects of loading frequency and surface pressure on the heating rate were investigated.The formula of temperature-recovery force was proposed and the key parameters in the formula were obtained by fitting analysis.The two sets of additional tests prove that the formula has good accuracy.
