摘　　要：目的研究心理护理应用于白内障患者围手术期护理效果。方法选取2017年6月—2018年7月在某医院就诊的64例白内障患者,采用随机数字表法,将其分为实验组和对照组,每组32例;对照组采用常规护理法,实验组采用心理护理法,对比2组患者的临床价值。结果实验组并发症发生率(6.25%)低于对照组并发症发生率(25.00%),实验组SCL-90症状自评量表评分好于对照组,比对照组护理方法更具有优势差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论心理护理应用于白内障围术期患者中,在临床上取得了良好的护理效果,该方法值得临床推广使用。Objective To study the effect of psychological nursing on perioperative nursing care in cataract patients. Methods Sixty-four patients with cataract who were treated in the hospital from June 2017 to July 2018 were randomly divided into an experimental group and a control group(32 cases in each group). The control group received the routine nursing method and the experimental group received the psychological nursing care, and the clinical values of the two groups were observed and compared. Results The incidence of complications in the experimental group(6.25%) was lower than that in the control group(25.00%). The score of the SCL-90 symptom self-rating scale in the experimental group was better than that in the control group, and therefore, the psychological nursing care was more advantageous than the routine nursing method(P<0.05). Conclusion The psychological nursing has a good effect in the patients with cataract during the perioperative period, and is worthy of promotion.
