摘 要:减压炉炉管的结焦速率与油品性质和操作条件密切相关,本文以1 000万t/a常减压蒸馏装置的减压炉为例,利用Petro-SIM内置的加热炉模块,根据已知参数建立起炉管内介质运行工况的模型,研究炉管内停留时间、油膜温度与结焦曲线的关系以及适宜的注汽量、炉管内的流型和流速,有助于帮助判定加热炉盘管方案和加热炉的操作是否合适,以提高加热炉的安全运行周期。The coking rate in VDU furnace tubes is closely related to the feedstock properties and operating conditions. A VDU furnace of atmospheric and vacuum distillation unit of 10 million tons per year is taken as an example, and the Petro-SIM built-in furnace module is used to set up the model of medium operation condition in the furnace tubes based on the known parameters. The relationship between retentiontime and oil film temperature versus coking curve as well as the appropriate amount of steam injection, flow pattern and flow velocity is investigated. It will help to determine whether the furnace coil scheme and the furnace operation is suitable, so as to improve the safe operating period of the furnace.
