摘  要:针对目前刀盘力学特性分析不够细致且工况简化严重等导致刀盘结构分析不全面等诸多问题,对刀盘滚刀进行载荷等效,然后考虑实际掘进过程中工况位姿的不同,对中方五分式和对分式刀盘的掘进工况进行细分,进行力学分析,并提取前面板、中间面板、后面板、筋板等不同位置处的等效应力进行分析,通过动静特性对比发现,筋板安全系数相对其他位置较低,是相对薄弱的环节,最后分析得到筋板应力集中的具体位置,这些位置在实际制造过程中更应进行重点强化以减小应力集中。Aiming at the problems of insufficient detailed analysis of thecutterhead mechanical characteristics and serious simplification of working conditions,the structural analysis of cutterhead is incomplete.Therefore,the load of cutters is equivalent,and then the working conditions of the star layout pattern and the stochastic layout pattern are subdivided according to the position and pose of the cutterhead in different working conditions during the actual tunneling process,and the mechanical analysis is carried out.equivalent stresses at different positions such as the front panel,the middle panel,the back panel,the reinforcement plate and so on are extracted separatelyfor analysis.Through the comparison of dynamic and static characteristics,it is found that the safety factor of the reinforcement plate is lower than other positions,which is a relatively weak link.Finally,the concrete stress concentration positions of the reinforcement plate are obtained,which need to be strengthened to reduce the stress concentration in the actual manufacturing process.
