手外伤工伤患者规范化康复治疗的疗效及成本效益分析

摘　　要：目的探讨手外伤工伤患者规范化康复治疗的疗效及成本效益。方法选择2017年12月-2018年5月在我院80例手外伤术后康复的患者根据干预方法不同分成治疗组和对照组,治疗组治疗方案为骨科常规治疗加工伤规范化的康复治疗,对照组治疗方案为骨科常规治疗加指导性功能训练。统计所有工伤患者在发病后3个月内的总医疗费用,治疗3个月后进行临床疗效分析评定,并对其进行成本效益C/E值(为TAM量表评分每增加1分的费用)进行分析。结果治疗组患者的康复优良率高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),两组患者总费用之间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗组治疗后的C/E低于对照组,差异分析具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论规范化工伤康复训练治疗是手外伤患者康复临床效果好且经济的治疗方案。Objective To investigate the efficacy and cost-effectiveness of standardized rehabilitation therapy for patients with hand injury. Methods Patients who underwent postoperative rehabilitation of 80 cases of hand trauma in our hospital from December 2017 to May 2018 were divided into treatment group and control group according to the intervention method. The treatment group was treated with standardized treatment for orthopedic treatment. The treatment plan of the control group was routine treatment of orthopedics plus instructional functional training. The total medical expenses of all workers with disabilities in the three months after onset were counted. The clinical efficacy analysis was performed after 3 months of treatment,and the cost-effective C/E value was calculated ( for each additional 1 point for the TAM scale) Analyze. Results The excellent rate of recovery in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group. The difference was statistically significant ( P < 0. 05). There was no significant difference between the two groups ( P > 0. 05). After treatment,the treatment group The C/E was significantly lower than that of the control group,and the difference analysis was statistically significant ( P < 0. 05). Conclusion Standardized chemical injury rehabilitation training is a good and economical treatment plan for the rehabilitation of patients with hand injury.
