护理专案对前列腺电切术后尿管堵塞的降低效果

摘　　要：目的观察护理专案在前列腺电切术后患者中的临床效果。方法将2015年采用护理专案管理模式前的30例行前列腺电切术后患者作为对照组;将2017年采用护理专案管理模式后的30例行前列腺电切术后患者作为实验组;两组患者均由相同护理人员进行临床护理工作;对比两组护理人员在膀胱冲洗知识中的知晓情况;同时对比采用护理专案管理模式前后患者舒适度、满意度以及术后尿管堵塞等并发症的发生情况。结果采用护理专案管理模式后,护理人员在膀胱冲洗方法、膀胱冲洗目的与注意事项、尿管型号以及置管深度等知晓率中均高于采用护理专案管理模式前;且实验组患者舒适度与满意度高于对照组,并发症发生率低于对照组;两组之间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论护理专案在前列腺电切术后患者中具有良好的临床效果,能够有效降低患者尿管堵塞的发生率,值得推广。Objective To observe the clinical effect of nursing project in patients after transurethral resection of prostate. Methods 30 patients after prostatectomy were used as control group before nursing project management model was adopted in 2015,and 30 patients after prostate resection were treated as experimental group after nursing project management mode in 2017. The clinical nursing work was carried out by the same nursing staff in both groups,and the knowledge of the nursing staff in bladder irrigation was compared between the two groups. At the same time,the incidence of complications such as comfort,satisfaction and postoperative urinary catheter blockage were compared before and after the use of nursing project management mode. Results After adopting the mode of nursing project management,the awareness rate of the nursing staff in the methods of bladder irrigation,the purpose and matters needing attention of bladder irrigation,the type of urinary catheter and the depth of catheterization were higher than those before adopting the mode of nursing project management. The degree of comfort and satisfaction of the patients in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group,and the incidence of complications was lower than that in the control group ( P < 0. 05). Conclusion Nursing project in patients after prostatectomy has good clinical effect,can effectively reduce the incidence of urethral obstruction in patients,worthy of promotion.
