摘　　要：目的:探讨疼痛专业临床药师在骨科镇痛管理实践中的药学监护方法及模式。方法:临床药师参与骨科患者的疼痛治疗,根据患者的基础疾病史、评估判断疼痛性质和严重程度,并根据镇痛药物的不同特点,给予药学建议,配合床位医生选择个体化用药方案,并实施用药监护,保障患者镇痛疗效和用药安全。结果:临床药师发挥药学专业优势,在骨科患者镇痛方案选择上提供了建议,提高患者用药安全性、有效性,改善患者生活质量和治疗信心。结论:临床药师深入临床,配合医师为患者提供个体化用药方案及用药监护,可促进临床合理用药。Objective: To explore the pharmaceutical monitoring methods and models of pain professional clinical pharmacists in the practice of orthopedic analgesia management. Methods: Clinical pharmacists participated in the treatment of pain in orthopedic patients. According to the patients’ basic diseases,clinical pharmacists evaluated the nature and severity of pain,selected the individualized medication according to the different characteristics of analgesic drugs,and implement medication monitoring to ensure the analgesic efficacy and medication safety. Results: Clinical pharmacists gave full play to the advantages of pharmacy. They provided suggestions on the choice of analgesic options for orthopedic patients,improve the safety and effectiveness of patients’ medication,and improve patients’ quality of life and treatment confidence. Conclusion: Clinical pharmacists go deep into clinics and cooperate with physicians to provide individualized medication regimens and medication monitoring,which can promote the rationality of clinical medication.
