摘　　要：目的:建立一测多评法测定二母宁嗽丸中6种活性成分含量。方法:采用HPLC法,流动相为甲醇(A)-0.1%磷酸水溶液(B)梯度洗脱,流速为1.0 ml·min^(-1),检测波长237 nm,柱温30℃,进样量10μl;以黄芩苷为内标物,建立一测多评法同时测定橙皮苷、甘草苷、甘草酸铵、甘草次酸和五味子醇甲5种成分的相对较正因子(RCF)并计算其含量,并与外标法分析比较以上6种成分的含量差异。结果:一测多评法测得的黄芩苷、橙皮苷、甘草苷、甘草酸铵、甘草次酸和五味子醇甲6种成分含量计算值与外标法测定值的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:一测多评法可用于二母宁嗽丸中6种有效成分的含量测定,方法简单、有效、结果准确。Objective: To develop a method of quantitative analysis of multi-components by single marker for six effective constituents in Ermu Ningsou pills. Methods: Using an HPLC method,the mobile phase consisted of methanol-0. 1% phosphoric acid solution with gradient elution. The flow rate was 1. 0 ml·min^-1,the detection wavelength was set at 237 nm,the column temperature was 30℃ and the injection volume was 10 μl. Using baicalin as the internal standard,the relative correction factor among hesperidin,liquiriti,glycyrram,glycyrrhetinic acid and schisandrin were detected by QAMS and their contents were calculated,and then compare with those of an external standard method. Results: There were no significant differences between the calculated values in QAMS and the estimated values in the external standard method( P > 0. 05). Conclusion: The QAMS method can be used for the determination of six effective constituents in Ermu Ningsou pills,which is simple,effective and accurate.
