摘　　要：随着工业化的时代的高速发展,对于需求巨大的水果,使用人工的分拣已经不能满足需求,采用机器视觉的方法来对各种类水果进行分级检测,可以达到高的速度,优的品质,也可方便记录当年各种类水果的重量,形状,颜色的数据,反馈到农业相关部门,提出解决措施,保持优良性状,以便来年种植得到更加完美的产品。本文主要研究的就是通过机器视觉来研究水果外部品质,以此来实现对水果品质的检测和数据的记录。With the rapid development of the era of industrialization, manual sorting fruits can no longer meet the demand. And the machine vision method is used to classify various kinds of fruits to achieve high speed and excellent quality. It is also convenient to record the weight, shape and color data of various types of fruits in the same year, and feedback to the relevant departments of agriculture, propose solutions, and maintain good traits so that plants can be more perfect in the coming year. The main research in this paper is to study the external quality of fruits through machine vision, in order to achieve the detection of fruit quality and the record of data.
