摘 要:研究了热水解后剩余污泥中有机物分布以及热水解对污泥厌氧消化效果的影响。剩余污泥经过热水解处理后,VSS含量从51. 0%降低至42. 7%,溶解性COD占总COD的比例从0. 5%提高至33. 5%;进一步厌氧消化时,总COD和VS降解率分别提高至35%和41%,甲烷产率提高至0. 25 L/g,累积甲烷产量比未热水解的污泥提高了101. 2%。脱水污泥液累积甲烷产量占热水解污泥甲烷产量的59%,是厌氧消化所产甲烷的主要来源,而脱水泥饼COD转化成甲烷的比例相对较低。根据剩余污泥热水解后液相和固相有机物的厌氧消化特性差异,提出了基于热水解的污泥厌氧消化工艺优化方案。The organic matter distribution of excess sludge pretreated by thermal hydrolysis and the effect of thermal hydrolysis on anaerobic digestion were studied. After thermal hydrolysis,VSS content of excess sludge reduced from 51. 0% to 42. 7%,the proportion of soluble COD in total COD increased from 0. 5% to 33. 5%;though further anaerobic digestion,the degradation rates of total COD and VS increased to 35% and 41% respectively,the specific methane yield increased to0. 25 L/g( COD removed),and the cumulative methane yield increased by 101. 2% compared to that of the sludge without thermal hydrolysis. Cumulative methane yield of sludge liquid accounted for 59% of the methane in hydrolyzed sludge,which was the main source of methane in anaerobic digestion process,while proportion of the methane conversed from the COD in dehydrated sludge cake was relatively low. According to the difference of anaerobic digestion characteristics of organic matter in liquid phase and solid phase after thermal hydrolysis of the excess sludge,the most optimal anaerobic digestion process based on thermal hydrolysis was proposed.
