摘  要:为了解低温条件对SBR工艺亚硝酸氧化菌种群结构的影响,以模拟废水为处理对象,在低温条件下(12~20℃),分别启动全程硝化SBR反应器和亚硝酸氧化SBR反应器,检测分析主要亚硝酸氧化微生物丰度变化及种群结构特性。结果表明:全程硝化SBR反应器和亚硝酸氧化SBR反应器经过驯化后均可在低温条件下完成全程硝化和亚硝酸氧化过程,且可检测的优势NOB菌均为Nitrobacter和Nitrotoga,其主要优势菌种分别为Nitrobacter winogradskyi和Candidatus nitrotoga arctica。In order to investigated the effect of low temperature on nitrite oxidation bacteria( NOB) structure in sequencing batch reactor( SBR),the ammonia oxidation SBR and nitrite oxidation SBR were started up separately under the low temperature condition( 12 ~ 20 ℃),NOB abundance and population structure were systematically analyzed in two SBRs treating simulated wastewater. The results showed that complete nitrification and stable nitrite oxidation process could be achieved under low temperature after domestication. In the two SBRs at low temperature,the dominant species of NOB were Nitrobacter and Nitrotoga,and the dominant strains in NOB were Nitrobacter winogradskyi and Candidatus nitrotoga arctica.
