摘　　要：以北京丽泽平安金融中心项目为背景,通过划分钢框架吊装单元、对悬挑超大桁架进行分节,进行立体安全防护同步施工技术,对悬挑楼冠及安全防护实行同步化施工,总结并改善施工工艺,解决楼冠区域构件多且截面小、高空大跨度悬挑桁架吊装就位及安装难、楼冠桁架悬挑区域安装危险性大等难题。Taking Beijing Lize Ping'an Financial Center project as the background , the cantilevered roof and the safety protection are synchronously constructed by dividing steel frame lifting units, the cantilevered super-large truss is divided into sections, the construction process is summarized and improved. The problems, such as the large number of members and small section in the cantilever area, the difficulty in hoisting and installing the cantilever trusses with high height and large span, and the great danger in the cantilever area of cantilever trusses are solved.
