摘  要:加速踏板决定着发动机的动力输出,其故障影响行驶安全为保证加速踏板持续可靠,通过多级故障诊断策略,可以检测出绝大部分故障.通过状态机方式,鉴定出了信号中偶发故障和最终故障在故障处理中采用了斜坡函数的处理方式,成功的解决了在故障恢复中发动机转速的突变问题通过MATLAB/Simlink和StateFlow软件建立仿真模型,应用Targetlink自动代码生成工具将模型生成C代码,并集成到相关ECU中,构成控制系统.结果表明:该控制系统可以检测出范围故障和关联性故障,并能提供相应替代值,确保发动机在加速踏板出故障时能安全平稳的运行.Accelerator pedal determines the power output of the engines. If it is out of order, it is very dangerous to drive. However,the problems can be detected through multilevel diagnosing strategies. With the state machine ,occasional and final faults in signals can be identified. Using ramp function in recovery processing, the sudden change of engine speed in fault recovery is successfully solved. In simulating test, a simulated model was firstly set up with MATLAB/Simlink and StateFlow , and then C code was generated from the model with Targetlink and integrated into ECU related. So,a control system has been set up. The test shows that the control system can be used not only to detect domain faults and faults related , but also to provide alternates, which ensures safe driving even if accelerator pedal is out of service.
