摘　　要：本文介绍了GB 21258-2017《常规燃煤发电机组单位产品能源消耗限额》国家标准修订的背景与意义,通过对比的方法,详细解读了2017版与2013版标准在适用范围、能耗限额要求、影响因素等方面的异同,以期让煤电企业相关专业人员能够更好的理解和掌握标准。This paper introduces the background and significance of the revision of GB 21258?2017, The norm of energy consumption per unit product of general coal-fired power set, explains the similarities and differences between the 2017 edition and the 2013 edition of the standard in detail through comparison method in terms of scope of application, requirements of energy consumption norm, and influencing factors, etc., in order to enable relevant professionals of coalfired power enterprises to better understand and grasp the standard.
