摘  要:为了提高内燃机车交流辅助控制系统的运行可靠性,文章基于信号采集源和控制对象工作模式对交流辅助控制系统软件进行了异常预防处理等防御式设计。采用该防御式设计时,在个别信号采集源异常或者一些控制对象工作模式失效的情况下,控制系统仍然能够支撑整车继续运行。实际运行情况表明,该防御式设计方案效果良好,工程实用性强。In order to improve the reliability of the diesel locomotive's AC auxiliary control system, this paper proposed a defensive design for AC auxiliary control system software based on signal acquisition sources and control object working modes, such as exception preventive handling, etc. Even in face of the abnormity of individual signal acquisition sources or failures of some control object working modes, the control system with the defensive design can still ensure the locomotive to continue running. The actual operation shows that the defensive design is very effective and it has strong engineering practicability.
