摘　　要：美国国家针灸及中医(东方医学)资格审议委员会(NCCAOM)是全美针灸及中医类执业准入资格认证的唯一的全国性机构,其资格证书或考试合格证是美国47个州和华盛顿特区颁发执业执照的必需文件。本文根据NCCAOM官网最新资料,对针灸及中医资格考试申请者教育背景中的跟师学徒师承制的导师资格、跟师学时、质量控制、出师考核进行介绍,并探讨了美国师承制对我国师承制的启发和借鉴意义。The National Certification Commission for Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine(NCCAOM) is the only national institution for the accreditation of clinical practice of acupuncture and Oriental(Chinese) Medicine in the United States. Its qualification certificate or examination certificate is a mandatory document for 47 states and Washington, D.C. to issue the practice license. According to the latest information of the NCCAOM official website, this paper introduced the preceptor qualifications of the apprenticeship, studying hours, quality control, and the evaluation at the end of apprenticeship. The paper also discussed the enlightening and referential effects of the American system to apprenticeship policy in China.
