摘 要:船用电机往往对振动具有很高的要求.对电机进行优化设计是非常必要的:由于目前对电机振动的研究大多基于薄壳理论,无法考虑定子铁心叠片结构、定子齿槽结构和电枢绕组对电机振动造成的影响针对上述问题,首先通过试验对有限元仿真模型进行修正,然后采用修正后的有限元模型对三种不同槽型的定子结构进行仿真分析,分别计算了在不同觇厚、齿长、齿宽的结构参数下电机的模态参数和振动情况,并得出了一系列的结论,为类似电机的振动优化设计提供参考。Generally, high requirement for vibration is often raised to marine motors, and it is necessary to optimize the design of the motor. Because of the current research on motor vibration mostly based on thin-shell theory, the influence to motor vibration coming from stator core lamination, stator slot and armature winding is no way to be considered. In order to solve the above-mentioned problem, the finite element simulation model is first revised by experimental methods. Then, the modified finite element model is used to simulate and analyze the stator structure of three different slot types while the vibration of the motor parameters and vibration of the motor under different structural parameters of yoke thickness, tooth length and tooth width are calculated respectively. A series of conclusions are obtained to provide reference for the design optimization of similar motors in the field of vibration.
